Monday, 12-30-13, Two Mantas @ Keauhou Bay and Zero at Garden Eel Cove
At Keauhou we saw Amanda on the afternoon dive.  On the night dive we
saw Amanda and Lee.  The plankton was a 2 in the surgy shallow water
and a zero out in the deeper water.
There were at least 24 boats not including kayaks and paddle boards.
I was told that there were zero mantas and lots of plankton at Garden Eel Cove.
