Friday April 25, 2014, Twenty Three Mantas @ Garden Eel Cove.
I saw 11 females and 12 males.
Vicky, Peg, Lefty, Bertha, Kailey, Melaineh, Renata, Andrea, Shirley,
Koie, Vallaray, Bob n Ray, Vinny, Timbuktu, Mike, Ho, Hans, Scar,
Ralph's, Ottis, Tim, Jay and Sugar.
The wind was howling from the north.  The sixteen boats were spread
out all over.  Those that anchored were blown around and had to drop
and re-drop their anchors.  When the dive began there were only fly
byes at the light circle.  Finally after the spread out boats started
to leave the mantas came to the divers at the circle. Plankton reached
a 3.
Eighteen boats. Big Isle x 3, Jack's x 2, Kona Honu, Honu Sport,
Kamanu, KOA, Honu Sport, Hi Oceanic, lobo del Mar, Coral Sea,
Splashers, Miss Mojo, Bite Me, Wicked Wahine, Manu Manu.
