Monday April 28, 2014 Ten Mantas @ Garden Eel Cove.  
I saw Delany and Koie on the afternoon dive.  
On the night dive I saw Koie Delany Melaineh Vallaray Kailey Margo Scar Sugar and Rusty. 
Plankton reached close to 3.  
Seventeen boats. Big Isle x 3. Jack's x 2. Neptune Charlie's. Scuba Shack. Kamanu. Miss Mojo. Bite Me. Coral Sea. Splashers. Sunlight on Water. KOA. Kona Nai'a. Wicked Wahine and one more that may have been Breeze Hawaii.  
Approx 48 scuba and 118 snorkelers.
