Monday 12-15-14,  Zero Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
Plankton was a 3.  We used shallow circle as the surf was down.  
13 boats. Jack's x 2, Big Isle x 3.  Neptune Charlie's. Kona Honu Divers. Coral Reef Adventures. Kamanu. Kona Ocean Adentures. Ocean Master. Splashers. Sunlight on Water. 
Did I miss any?
