[MantaReport] Monday, 1-13-14, three mantas at Garden Eel Cove

Monday, 1-13-14, three mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
No mantas on the afternoon dive though Andy L said they'd seen lots earlier in the day at "manta point". 
On the night dive we had Koie, Kai-Zed and Renata feeding on level 2 plankton.  
The plankton dispersed as shortly after the mantas did as well.
