[MantaReport] Manta report 7/16/14

I saw seven mantas at Garden Eel Cove. One manta spotted in the afternoon. 

I IDed: Koie, Cara, Ralph's, Capt Mike, Curly, Bob N Ray, and Eli. 

Plankton was good (3?) although took a little while to build up.

That super yacht has underwater lights! I'd be interested to see if they got any mantas with those massive flood lights...
