[MantaReport] Green moray that I call 'frank'

We as divemasters know of the green moray that's been living at the camp site for quite sometime. He is very curious and social and likes to use divers to 'hunt'... I'm putting out a request that 'frank' becomes part of the dive briefings so as to not frighten our guest divers and to protect him as well... I unfortunately saw someone try to hit him with a light tonight and I'd like to take some action and care to protect ALL our friends that live at garden eel cove.
