Aloha.  Just a note that the North Mooring at Garden Eel Cove has been replaced.  Thanks, Kona Aggressor - they re-installed a new mooring on their own dime.  They also made a monetary donation to Malama Kai Foundation to help buy materials for the Day Use Mooring Program, which we need.   He recommends tying off to the shackle BELOW the ball on that North Mooring.  By the way, all moorings in the Kona program from North Kohala to Keawekaheka (near Kealakekua) were recently inspected/repaired last month.
