North Mooring at Garden Eel Cove is gone
I've been told that the north mooring ballat Garden Eel Cove broke loose Thursday night. 
I think you may still be able to tie to the pins by free diving down n passing a line through. 
Exercise caution and be prudent and safe at all times.
