Friday 2-27-15  Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw  males and  females.  
5 Males =  Blain. Timbuktu. Mike.  Vinny. Grayer. 5 Females = Vicky. Koie. Delany. Shirley. Mango.
Plankton was a 1. We used shallow circle as the surf was flat. 
13 boats. Jack's x 2. Big Isle x 3.  Neptune Charlie's. Miss Mojo. Coral Reef Adventures. Kamanu. Honu Sport. Splashers. Ocean encounters. Hang Loose. Kona Naia. Kona Honu Diver. Kona Ocean Adcentures.
