[MantaReport] 4 mantas Kailua Bay

There were 4 mantas feeding in Kailua Bay this morning between 7:30 and 9 in a dense layer of plankton about a foot thick at the surface.  Inside the moorings, off the center of the Kona Inn,just outside the swim lane.  One with a broken left cephalic fin and a notch on the front edge of its left wing. Another a juvenile that frequents Kailua Bay.
