Sunday April 10, 2016, Ten Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
Had 4 mantas on surface between Keahole point and garden eels doing what looked like courtship behavior.  I didn't see any on afternoon dive. 
During surface interval had several mantas including Koie feeding on the surface.  There was a monk seal as well. 
Ten mantas on night dive. Tim, Scar Orion Sugar Lefty, Lee, Koie Bertha Vallaray Psalm and Wenili feeding on level 3+ plankton at shallow circle. 
13. Boats,  Jacks. Hawaii Oceanic.  Kohanaiki.  Big Isle x 2  Neptune Charlies. Coral Reef Adventures. Kamanu. Kona Honu.  Wicked Wahine. Splashers. Hang Loose. Ocean Encounters.
