Sunday January 31 2016, Sixteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.  
Four mantas at once on the afternoon dive. 
On night dive I saw 16 Manta Rays. 
8 females Koie Vicky. Vallaray. Conae. Peg. Winona Bertha Csilla.   8 males Sugar Curly Eli. KaiZed. Orion. Tanquaray Nick Tim.  Plankton was a 3 at middle circle. 
12 Boats, Jacks. Big Isle x 2. Neptune Charlies. Safari Explorer. Splashers.   Kona Honu. Sunlight on Water. Hang Loose. Wicked Wahine, Kona Ocean Adventures. Kona Dive Company.
