Monday July 25, 2016  Four Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw 2 females and 2 males. 
Females were Jana & Gaby.   2 males were  Finsup & Regan. 
Plankton was variable. A 1 at circle quickly became a 3 at very end of the dive. 
Twenty Three Boats.  
Big Isle x 3 Jacks x 2. KOA x 3. WW KDC. CRA. Hawaii Oceanic. Splashers. Kona Naiia. Aloha Kona. HL Bite Me. KHD. Kamanu. NC. SOW. Torpedo Tours. Nature School.
