Monday March 28,   2016, Three Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
On afternoon dive I saw Lefty and Lee. 
On night dive I saw Lefty, Lee and Koie.  Weak plankton at shallow circle early on.  By end of dive plankton had reached a 3 and Koie was busy feeding. 
21 Boats,  Jacks x 2. Torpedo Tours.  Hawaii Oceanic x 2.   Kona Ocean Adventures x 3. Big Isle x 3. Neptune Charlies. Kamanu. Kona Honu.  Coral Reef Adventures. KDC. Wicked Wahine. Splashers. Scuba Shack Kona Naiia. A white power cat.
