Sunday, August 20, 2017, Nine Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw at least 4 mantas on afternoon dive.  No ids. 
On night dive I saw Vicky Lee Bob n Ray. Regan Tanquaray Nick Sugar Curly  Vinny.  There were probably more. 
Plankton started thick and got weaker. 
Eleven boats. BID x 3. JDL KHD KDC NC CRA OS BM KA.
