Friday, December 1, 2017, Ten Mantas at Garden Eel
Cove. 
Big North wind made surface conditions challenging.  Occasional NW swell reminded me that “winter is coming”. 
Ten mantas, females were Koie Vicky, Bertha, Gaby, Akari, Psalm
and males were Eli, Nick, Ralph’s and Tim. 
Plankton was a 3. 
Bad mother monk seal was there as well hanging w snorkelers. 
About 12 boats.  JDL x 2. BID x 2. KOA. KHD Kamanu BM. MH Splashers and possibly a couple more.
