Friday, February 24, 2017, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
Had monk seal and smokeless saw a couple mantas on afternoon dive. 
On night dive plankton was very weak at light circle. At very beginning of the dive I saw FinsUp and Lobes but not all the divers were in yet.  Had one more swim past but couldn't ID it. 
Fourteen boats. BID x 3. JDL x 2. Kama up x 2. Honu Sport. KHD. WW SOW. NC. HL HO
