[MantaReport] 3 mantas at GEC 1/18/17

We had 3 Mantas @ GEC - Linda, Peg and Jordan. 1 UnIDed manta on 
afternoon dive.

Crapload of boats - 20+, weak plankton and big rollers. Deep circle was 
silted out. Good luck the rest of the week!
