Friday July 21, 2017, Fourteen Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove. 
Slight northerly current kept plankton weak at circle for much of the dive. 
I saw Gaby Winona Linda Koie Lisa Shirley Jana Bertha Vicky Timbuktu Nick Sugar Reagan and Eli. Who'd I miss?
At least 16 boats.  HO. BID x 4. JDL x 2. Kamanu x 2 KDC KHD WW BM KOA CRA NC Splashers. 
Cool white egg mass under a rock near the deep circle.  Maybe squid eggs?
