Sunday 3-12-17, Zero Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
Plankton reached a 2 at light circle but no mantas.  Ten boats. BID x 3. JDL. KHD. KDC. SOW. Aggressor. Safari Explorer and Aloha Kona.
