Tuesday March 21, 2017, Eight Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.    
Flipper reported 5 mantas out deeper on the afternoon snorkel. 
On the night dive I saw Koie, Vallaray, Eli, Jordan, Nick, KaiZed, Timbuktu and Regan.  Plankton was a two at circle and continued to increase throughout the dive. 
Fifteen boats. BID X 3,  JDL X 2,  WW, MRA, HO, CRA. PRD. SOW. KOA. Splashers. Kamanu. WW. 
Good luck Wednesday.
