Sunday October 22, 2017, Five Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
We saw a manta, a monk seal and a whitetip reef shark on afternoon dive. 
On night dive I saw Winona, Gaby, Jana. Jordan and Leon. Plankton was weak.  Maybe a 2. 
About 13 boats.
