Sunday 12-30-18, Two Mantas @ Garden Eel Cove. 
No mantas on afternoon dive.  Weak plankton at circle at night and no mantas.  Started my tour being careful to stay near to circle.  
At 7:30 Mighty Q showed up.  She was joined by Leon about 7:40.   Plankton reached a 2. 
About 8 boats.  JDL KHD x 2. NC x 2.  KA. SE. MH.  Maybe a couple others.  
How was Keauhou?   DOCARE show up and monitor the channel?
