Monday July 23, 2018, One Manta @ Garden Eel Cove. 
No mantas on afternoon dive. Great conditions.  1 shark under aggressor mooring n 1 by goat fish. 
During sunset heard what sounded like a couple of snorkelers shouting about manta rays.  
When we descended after dark found zero plankton at the light but got 1 quick fly by.  Slight current running to the south.  Conducted an underwater tour and at about 50 mins into the dive Gaby came to the light circle and fed on weak plankton.
