Sunday September 9, 2018, Six Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove. 
Saw two in afternoon dive.  Was able to ID Gaby.  Saw several feeding on surface during surface interval.  
On night dive I saw Gaby, Peg, Mighty Q, Jordan, Leon and Regan.  The plankton was weak, maybe reached a 2. Mostly just fly byes.  Only saw Peg do a few flips.
