Sunday September 23, 2018, Seven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
On afternoon dive I saw 3 at once as soon as we descended.  During the dive I was able to ID Gaby Regan and Akari.  
In night dive I saw Koie Gaby Winona Akari Regan Kai-Zed and Darth-Ray-Dar. Plankton was variable but reach a 2. 
Ten boats. BID x 2.  JDL. KDC. KA. OE. NC. KOA. Kamanu and a RIB.
