Friday December 20, 2019, Eight Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Sugar, Timbuktu, Nick, Gaby, DarthRayDer, Auntie, Q and Jana feeding plankton that was sort of variable reaching a 3 at times but then dispersing.  
About 20 boats.
