Sunday 13-29-19, Seven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. I saw Q Akari Gaby Nick Leon Scar and Lightning feeding on weak level 1 plankton. 
Akari has big hook w about 1 foot or wire leader hang of her upper pectoral fin. The barb looked like it hadn’t dug in but she only made one pass a didn’t let me get close.  Maybe tomorrow 🤞🏻  About 30 boats. 
One of my divers found the top of a pineapple on the bottom.  Which is trash and shouldn’t be thrown in the ocean.
