Sunday June 2, 2019, Six Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove at Makako Bay. 
No manta on afternoon dive.  On night dive I saw Bertha Akari Leon Lafferty and a tiny male I did not recognize.  Possibly Fritz. 
Plankton was weak.  Maybe a 2. 
About 20 boats.  
Great conditions.
