Monday June 10, 2019, Thirteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.  
I saw Koie and 2 males above me during the afternoon dive. 
On the night dive I saw Bertha Koie Vicky Shirley Vallaray, Mighty Q, Lisa Kailey, Alexander, Sugar, Leon, Keniki and Darth Ray Dar all feeding at the circle. 
Plankton was a 2. Cold water pockets randomly spaced across the dive site.  
23 boats.
