Monday June 24, 2019, Ten Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw five on afternoon.   Jana Q Gaby Shirley and Koie.  They were joined on night dive by Lisa Kenzie Akari Leon and Regan. 
Plankton was weak.  Maybe a 2.  
About 25 boats.  
One manta has a hook and line plucked off of it early in the dive.
