Monday March 25, 2019, Eleven Mantas @ Garden Eel Cove. 
Saw 3 mantas as we approached the moorings.  On afternoon dive I saw KaiZed, bottlenose dolphins, monk seal and a gray reef shark.  
On night dive I saw Vicky Koie Lisa Mighty Q, Gaby Jana Nick Leon KaiZed Regan and Grayer. 
Plankton was abundant throughout the site.  Probably a 3 everywhere.  
About 20 boats including JDL x 2. BID x 3. KOA x 2. MH KDC KHD SOW TT NS HO NC CRA Kamanu x 2. There were more.
