Sunday November 3, 2019, Two Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie and Gaby at the lights.  Plankton slowly reached a 2.  
About 15 boats. 
Amazing sunset and super clear.  Looked like Kohoolawa behind Kamanu’s mast in the distance.
