Friday 11-22-19, Eleven Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove.  
I saw Mighty Q, Gaby, Akari, Koie, Regan, Leon, Sugar, Curly, Vinny, Grayer & Regan.  
Plankton was a solid 3 at lights circle w good feeding every where. 
Some large sets rolling through but shallow circle was ok. 
About 14 boats. 
Good luck Saturday.
