Sunday October 6, 2019, Fifteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Vicky Koie Bertha Q Conae Regan Nick Blain Independence Ho Vinny Timbuktu Eli and DarthRayDar. There were probably more.  Plankton was barely a 3 at lights circle. 
Around 12 boats at Garden Eels. 6 snorkel boats went to Hoover’s.  Hopefully they didn't anchor as the coral there needs time to recover from the past storms.
