Sunday September 22, 2019, Seven Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie, Kailey, Gaby, Akari, MightyQ, Eli and Regan as well as monk seals Waimanu and Kaulana. 
Plankton was a 3.  
About 12 boats.
