[MantaReport] Friday, 8-14-20, Zero Mantas at Garden Eel Cove.

Friday, 8-14-20, Zero Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. Only one boat. 4 scuba.  No snorks.  Plankton weak 1.  
Did have Monk Seal at beginning and Bottlenose throughout the dive. 
Which is nice.
