Monday 12-28-20, Thirteen Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Koie, Q, Akari, Gaby, Lady Gray, KaiZed, Leon, DarthRayDar, Jordan, Curly, Nick, Vinny and Tim. 
Plankton was not especially thick but it was very abundant all over the site. 
19 boats when I descended most had departed when I surfaced but there were at least 2 new comers.
