[MantaReport] Wednesday 9-23-20, Three Mantas at Garden Eel Cove

Wednesday 9-23-20, Three Mantas at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Leon and Nick and one other.  About 10 Bottlenose dolphins, a million Hawaiian silversides and a chubby dude in tan shorts free diving down.  
Plankton was weak.  Maybe a 2.  
Two boats, Kea Nui and Ocean Encounters.
