Sunday 4-28-24, Twelve Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove, Makako Bay Hawaii. 
I saw Gita, Gaby, Jana, Koie, Queenie, Akari,  Quarantina, Grayer, Sugar, Tim, Lafferty and Sandy feeding on thick level 3 plankton.  
Only 12 boats on early trip and 3 on late.  
Good luck on Monday.
