Sunday, 2-4-24, Three Mantas at Garden Eel Cove at Makako Bay. 
I saw Amanda, LouLou and Gita.  Plankton took a long to build buy eventually reached a 3.  
Eight boats on early trip. Four on late trip.  
Best conditions in weeks.
