9-9-24, Twenty Two Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove. 
I saw Gaby Emma Lisa Who Quarantina Gita Brady Chloe Jolene Ryan Margo Stevie Blain Tim Timbuktu Nick Jordan Ho McBoom Koen Leon and  Doug trailing 30 feet of thick monofilament line which we were able to cut about 25 feet off. 
Who'd miss?
Plankton was excellent 3.5.
