Sunday, 12-21-25, Seven Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove, Makako Bay, Hawaii. I saw Re-Nata, Chloe, Quarantina, Jolene, KaiZed, Sandy & Tim feeding on weakish #2 plankton at shallow circle. About 20 boats. Couple shark and 4 bottlenose dolphins. Good luck Monday.
