Monday, December 29, 2025 three Manta Rays at Garden Cove. We had Gita, Lulu and Tim feeding at the shallow circle on relatively weak plankton. Swell was up. There was more sand in the water than plankton . I counted 17 boats on the first trip. Good luck on Tuesday.
