Friday 5-2-25, Four Manta Rays at Garden Eel Cove 
I saw Alexia, Koie, Sandy and Quarantina feeding on level 3 (0-5 scale) plankton. 
No swell. No current. Slight NW breeze. 12 boats on early. 
Good luck Saturday.
