<div dir="ltr">Sunday, 9-1-13, One Manta @ Garden Eel Cove<br><div>No mantas on the afternoon dive. </div><div>On the night dive we had Ho Ray the entire time.  Plankton was a weak 1 so he had to work for his meal and the newly damaged left cephalic fin seems to be bothering him.</div>
<div>There were 16 boats. Big Isle x 3, Jack's, Kona Honu, Kamanu, Neptune Charlie's, Honu Sport, Kona Dive Company, Sea Hawaii, Rafting, Coral Sea, Wicked Wahine, Bite Me, Splashers and Breeze Hawaii. About a 100+ snorkelers and 40 scuba divers.</div>
