[MantaReport] Monday 11-11-13, One Manta @ Garden Eel Cove

Monday 11-11-13, One Manta @ Garden Eel Cove.
I saw Eli on the afternoon dive .  He swam past us going slowly north to
south.
On the night dive Eli made many appearances but never even tried to feed as
the plankton was a zero.
There were 13 boats, Jack's x 2, Big Isle x 2, KDC, Miss Mojo, Kamanu,
Aloha Dive Co., Coral Sea Adventures, Lobo del Mar, Kona Honu, Splashers,
Neptune Charlie's and Wicked Wahine.
