[MantaReport] Mooring broken at Garden Eel Cove 11-11-13

Mooring broken at Garden Eel Cove 11-11-13
The inside middle mooring eye broke off.  The mooring is still in place and
with precautions can be used if you put your line through an eye below the
ball as I watched Kona Honu do on Monday.
We will try and expedite repair.
