[MantaReport] At least 4 mantas at keauhou 8/28

Aloha! 

I counted 4 female mantas at Keauhou:
Valaray, Amanda, Peg and Jana.

Maybe some more showed up after I left.

Conditions were good, with plankton at about 2.0 on the surface.
22 boats, 100 snorkelers scattered all over the place and maybe 40 divers. 

Any word of what's going on up north? I think Miss Mojo was the only boat there.
